- Contact Data: Billing addresses, event addresses, email addresses, telephone numbers
- Transaction Data: Details about payments to and from you and other details relating to those transactions

How we obtain information.
We collect information from you via telephone, email or physical mail. If we have received information from a third party, for accuracy or marketing, we will confirm with you the veracity and your wishes regarding us storing it.

We will use technical and organisational measures to safeguard your Data, for example:
a. access to your account is controlled by a password and a user name that is unique to you.
b. we store your Data on secure servers.

We require information in order to function as a business and fulfill our contractual obligations.

We do not collect cookies.
The duration data is kept for.
In keeping with UK law, financial transaction data is kept for 6 years following the finalisation of the latest contract. All other personal information will be disposed of at this time unless requested otherwise.

Unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law, we will only hold your Data on our systems for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy or until you request that the Data be deleted.
